Usually, these foods below are easily affected by pests or other natural damage, so farmers will use more chemical products to keep these foods well-grown. At the same time, those chemicals stick quite hard in these foods.
1. Fruits: strawberries, grapes, apples, and peaches
The fruits mentioned here are among the most important foods to buy organic because they have been reported to have the highest amount of contaminants when grown in traditional ways. Third of all strawberries were found to have traces of multiple chemicals used during farming; hence, people are highly encouraged to choose organically ones.

2. Vegetables: celery, tomatoes, leafy greens, potatoes
Celery was found to have 64 different types of contaminants, making it a must on the list of foods to buy organic. Tomatoes, too, are eaten with skin and so any contaminants on them are ingested alongside the vegetable. All of the vegetables mentioned here are everyday staples and buying them organically is a much better way of getting the necessary nutrients.

3. Meat
For a lot of people, imagining a meal without meat is impossible. Conventional meat, though, is filled with antibiotics, hormones, and other additives that can have a lot of adverse effects in the long term. While those domestic animals in free-range can provide us enough nutrients without any additive.

4. Dairy products
Milk and milk products should definitely be on the list of foods to buy organic because it ensures the cows have not been given antibiotics while getting 100% organic feed. Opting for grass-fed organic milk products is even better because that means cows are being fed a grain-free diet.
